I've been going here for years and have always been very happy with the friendliness of the staff, as well as the quality & timeliness of the service for: dry-cleaning, adjustments on clothing (zippers, hole in pants) and for shortening curtains. The owners only speak rudimentary English, which I use as an opportunity to practice my Dutch.

Friendly staff and good opening times but unfortunately my curtains were damaged after steam cleaning. Because I refurbished my bedroom I brought my verduisterende curtains here. The attendant was helpful but didn't speak proper Dutch. After 3 days mythe cleaning was done, but when I reattached the curtains I discovered that the light-stopping film was damaged. Light is shining through the curtains now. Price was 20 euro. I did not go back for a refund neither I called them because I think it wouldn't make much sense and I don't expect much a compensation. Also discussed some offers for new curtains in my living room but I think Hema would be cheaper. Be careful if you go here!
