what a bad company. responsiveness of -100 and a service from lick me vest. I will never buy there again

Unreliable. Have ordered 24 bottles. Only half arrive at the agreed time. The customer service representative says, "You can pick it up at the head office" and does not offer any further solutions. Rude, unreliable and not thinking along with the customer who ordered a large amount of wine and was given a delivery date and time.
