Went to Fest in mid-October 2020 after we had informed ourselves online and after we had already visited several Fest stores. Very well helped in this store by Ankla, she was able to explain to us various options of the setup as we actually had in mind. The advantages and disadvantages of the substances were also very well explained. In response to her advice, we have changed the setup, including the fabric type and color. I myself have a lot of retail experience as an entrepreneur and I noticed that the team was well attuned to each other and very enthusiastically helped the customers. This also applied to the other Fest stores, you notice that training and knowledge of the materials is at a high level. The enthusiasm and expertise were contagious to us, so we immediately went ahead with the order. We will definitely be back and look forward to the delivery of our beautiful sofa.

Buying a sofa online is a difficult job. Fortunately, you can easily put together your sofa on the Fest site. At the Fest office we were able to try out the bank for a while, because of corona. We were very kindly helped by Ancla, because of her enthusiasm we were so quickly out. So now we are looking forward to our Dunbar.
