False and misleading information. I ordered shoes from this shop and used PayPal as they say that the refunds are included. Of course when they return the money they discount from what you payed the return value. They give information that through PayPal you can request that money back, but when I went through the PayPal app there is no way of requesting it. When you try to contact the client service they aren't available. Even before they returned the money of the purchase through PayPal they send an automated email that you need to pay the expenses yourself.

Happy with my purchase. Quick delivery. Didn't need to contact their customer service. Overall happy. Will buy from them again.

To be honest, I don't have a good experience with getting dressed. Because I had placed an order and the delivery had not yet arrived after 2 weeks, I wanted to cancel my order. After I was put on hold by phone 3 x 15 minutes and then the line was disconnected, my patience ran out. I also received a code after I wanted to cancel the order by email. Due to busyness they would come back to me later. I am still waiting for an answer. I would just like to get in touch with to be dressed directly so we can handle the matter. This has not been possible so far. My patience is being tested. I wait because there seems to be nothing else to do. Ronald

Dear Jessica, you ask me to review "to be dressed". The voice on the telephone answering machine of customer service is very friendly and asks you to be patient for no less than 14 minutes (!) So that you have all the time when the phone is answered by someone. Unfortunately, the connection will be automatically disconnected after 14 minutes. Perhaps after reading this review, you will take the trouble to contact me -after 4 emails from my side- (my reference 195518). The case is that an ordered and paid! winter coat has NOT been delivered and I do not receive any response from you. I assume that it is due to pressure and that you will contact me ASAP.

Ordered skates two weeks ago and already arrived after two days. However, there were completely different skates in the box than the one I ordered. Worst service ever! Do try to call 20 times and every time you get to hear: '' Unfortunately, there is no one available to help you yet, we are happy to take the time for you. Will you stay on the line for a while? ”“ Even after a complaint email two weeks ago, still no answer. Shame on you!
