Very unfriendly service. According to the lady working there all the size shoes are available when it states the sizes on the tags. My girlfriend asked for the size birkenstocks, but according to the lady they were out of stock. My girlfriend checked again at the window and the worker said 'o do we have them?'. She went to get the shoes and then walked to the cash register and my girlfriend said she wanted to try them on, which the worker replied: 'it's ok they are all the same.' But ofcourse they needed to be tried on first before buying. Worker litterly dropped the box on the floor at where my girlfriend was sitting to fit the shoes, without even buckling the straps. To top everything off, she asked her to pay with cash because the pin machine wasn't working, right.. So had to get cash from a pin machine to do a simple payment. If they put some effort in their business they could have set up a 'Tikkie sending' but for the unbelievable bad service and rude attitude you couldn't expect anything like this ofcourse. Hope she gets fired soon. This was at the Van Wou filiaal next to the DIYS Soap store, not the one next to Vlaamsch broodhuys. The workers signature says something like 'Jes' or 'Jea' on the receipt.

I visit this store very often, bought a lot of nice things! They also have other things besides shoes and the prices are always nicely priced for the quality you get. I also always have a chat with the sweet store manager Jeanine, always very nice!
