The so-called "Service Manager" thought it necessary to send an invoice after you have refueled a car. This really shows that you are engaged in service for a customer who has been a customer for over 5 years. Because of the professionalism of this "Service Manager" I bought a new BMW instead of a new Audi, goodbye customer! No Audi for me anymore, especially not one of these petty thieves in Roosendaal. Moreover, I have shared this clumsy behavior many times over in my circle of acquaintances. I am convinced that this will cost you more customers. Moreover, this was not the only negative experience, my license plate lighting did not work on my then 3 year old Audi. This is "read out" on behalf of this service manager, then you are confronted with photos looked up on the internet of a burnt-out wiring harness. Good job gentlemen! People should be helped well, which I can imagine by the sellers. Remember that the service by mr. R. J. Service manager is way below par. He will try to steal every euro from you at all times. I can live with the fact that the maintenance is expensive, that is a consideration because you want to drive Audi. My examples are more principle issues. People, especially private individuals, think carefully before you decide to purchase an Audi from Audi Roosendaal.

Bought an Audi from this dealer in July 2020. Super help from Tsun Yu Kwok. Very nice, friendly seller. He took ample time for me. Negotiations went smoothly. I am very satisfied, also with the settlement and takeover of my old car. The car drives great! Next time I will go back to this case again. Topper! They deserve 5 stars !!
