Contacted by phone for complaints that have been going on for days. Then I am asked "what do you expect from me" ... later she indicates what I expect from the doctor .. I expected that she could book a flight .. ridiculous. Here they like the receptionists at schools wbt empathy! Or just don't be so arrogant about your customer.

I am also just like tim first minimum 10 minutes on the line for appointment wants to make it look like through the heaven gate may telephonist give you permission or you can go to doctor, I was pissed off that she cares if you can go to doctor don't think and respect older people would rather die than live, they have enough money from us they can buy more staff instead of buying expensive houses I want to lose

Huge bad care for the patient on the phone. When you call for an appointment, I feel that I have to convince the employee of the necessity of the arrival of me or of my children. GPs are fine, but this GP is anything but low threshold.
