Called after an hour and a half about a delivery that never came. It was busy etc. After three and a half hours still nothing delivered. No one can be reached by phone anymore. And I've already paid.

An hour and a half ago, ordered two six-packs, paid and received nothing, nobody gets hold of them either

It took 50 minutes before it was there and by telephone they were literally unreachable so we were quite worried if it would come at all. Beer was cold and delivery was friendly.
