I would never expect to give a 5 star rating to a dry cleaning service. But, these folks have gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Over a year ago I dropped several items at the my local Albert Hein (who used Stomerij Zevenbergen). I picked up my items without checking the contents. Months later I could not find a pair of trousers! I just assumed they were lost in a move from my apartment to a house. Last month I got an email from Stomerij asking if I still wanted my "brown trousers"! It seems somehow these trousers were separated from the rest of my order. Albert Hein never reached out to me...but Stomerij went out of their way to find me! Now I am re-united with my brown trousers and couldn't be happier with the service I received! Thanks to everyone at the group for the professional behavior and commitment to service.

NEVER bring your clothes for dry cleaning here. I am very disappointed with the care and interest they showed to the article and to me as a client after I raised a complaint.

I registered my duvet for dry cleaning service at Dry Cleaning Zevenbergen through a supermarket. Unfortunately, the supermarket made a mistake that the dry cleaner had nothing to do with. Nevertheless, the dry cleaner has helped me very actively and professionally to get to the bottom of the matter. They helped me very well and were extremely responsive, both via Whatsapp and by telephone. Very good service, I would absolutely bring my laundry here again!

What a good service and customer-friendly company. My curtains had to be cleaned but there is no washing instructions. They contacted me about this and expressed their doubts whether the curtains would come out properly and asked what I wanted. I indicated that I wanted to take the risk to have the curtains cleaned. Immediately after the curtains were cleaned, they contacted again to tell how it went. I give them a big 10

Shirt handed in with a large stain. When I got it back, it was not enough. I was not completely satisfied and the shirt was cleaned again and free of charge, after which the stain disappeared. Friendly approach and well resolved.
