The first contact following a repair of a dishwasher was very good. Quickly made an appointment, the technician came at the agreed time and he is professionally qualified. He immediately diagnosed the problem but had to order the faulty part. Made an appointment for the next day (part was in stock at work) and promised a good working machine before Christmas. After many phone calls in four weeks and concrete agreements with the planning, no one showed up every time. You stay at home every time. No explanation is given about not (wanting or being able to) come. My confidence in this company has unfortunately dropped to zero point zero based on this experience.

Seems like a fair place where you can buy used white goods with a warranty
