Hotel NH Waalwijk

Very nice hotel but the bed was too hard for my liking. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. It would have been a five star review if the bed had been a bit softer

Clean room and friendly staff. There was a bathtub in the bathroom, which was a nice suprise. Not the best breakfast but that could also be because we went for it the last half-hour.

Good hotel, very close to Efteling (only 5 min with a car). Good and professional service. Check In went smooth, with all information needed. Communication before arrival was, good and all requests was nice arranged. Room was clean, could be little better maintained. Wallpaper and water pressure needed some more attention. Rest was perfect. Breakfast fresh and food was good quality. Service with smile and attention to the guest.

Charging electric car was apparently not free and when I asked the hotel how to activate they only told me other guests have just used there own tag, so did I.. expecting it to be free.. I just got billed 0.4€ per kW over night so 15€. Also the hotel was suppose to have air condition according to my booking and the next day when I asked they said we don't have in all rooms so they let me off the bill for 1 beer in the bar..
