I started on 2/23/2020 and was very position about this position in the company as a TD maintenance technician. There were no negative reactions after my 1040 hour contract. the head TD man said he would like me to be in taem and I assumed it would be fine, but I was called aside at the end of the week and was very surprisingly informed that my contract will not be extended. There was no reason that I did not perform my function properly, but it was said that I would not fit in the taem on the production floor. I was upset and went to take a look with the people in the workplace, but they thought this statement that I mention was strange. I just left. Later there was another conversation and it was told that we do not just give a permanent contract in this company and that this was rare. My experience has been negative. The people who came to this company from the previous location have priority.

The super company moves the employees on loading and unloading very quickly and they are very respectful
