Unethical rip-offs! I was traveling in the neighborhood with a cat. My cat had a seizure and almost choked. The assistant told me that we were only welcome if we already wanted to invest an extra 150 euros, purely to "be able to go" and to be seen because yes, we are not a regular customer. I would never want to become that at a clinic like this 😡. Money for helping to the best of my ability, I get sick of an institution like this, yuck! Do you become a vet for this? I had nowhere to go in the area because these money beaters were open half an hour longer. I can tell you, my cat is still alive. But not thanks to these people. I drove 45 minutes and spent 450 euros WELL. And therefore not by "being seen" but by examination and an operation. It was and is completely unclear to me how much of its own facilities and equipment this clinic has, just ask yourself and find out before you pay such a "starting rate". I didn't put it down but "hooked it up"!

I was helped very well, everything was clearly explained. Unfortunately our sweet animal (guinea pig Fluff) should be put to sleep. A day later I received a card with strength from the entire team. Very sweet!

Friendly people, nice team. The interest of your pet is paramount. Always contact us to check how you are doing during the treatment and also after the treatment (surgery or illness)
