Top service! We were helped by Burak, and fortunately because we could not see the forest for the trees! Burak spoke to us very nicely and knew exactly what we were looking for. After many disagreements with T-Mobile service, Burak convinced us that it is definitely the best choice to stay. Everything is a lot clearer! I am very satisfied with my purchase and I will certainly recommend the branch in Etten-Leur!

Visited once last week, but he didn't get it, and advised to reset the phone to factory settings. Returned today and there was a co-worker Dian Swartele who really took the time to sort it out. Thank you, Dian.
