I have never ever been in such a place with a really brutal customer care. I don't recomend to invite people if they keep going just like this. We went there to get some rest but it was totally opposite. Because we wrote a review over here they asked as to pay €100 and then they didn't allowed as to go out they locked us inside their gate at the end we called to Police and then we got our freedom back. Thanks Police.
Terrible! The owner is a 1st class dictator. In addition, she is very customer-unfriendly, in contrast to the entire staff.
Nice playground for children, in terms of supervisors especially Loeki was very sweet and caring :-)
The kids can play both indoors and outdoors. That was very nice because the children's party that we celebrated at Bizzy had already been booked weeks in advance and we obviously did not know what the weather would be like. We were received very warmly by the staff. We were a little worried because of some of the negative reviews. But the playground has seemingly recently hired a new manager and nothing but praise for her. The nice thing is that the entire organization of the party is taken out of your hands, you only have to go home with a car full of sleepy children.
Bizzy is a wonderful playground where children can go about their business in peace. There is a friendly and homely atmosphere and it is not very busy. Children really come back for the big slide and you can always go there, both in good and bad weather because of the beautiful indoor and outdoor playground. Highly recommended for people who want to get away from the crowds with the kids!
