My father and brother are traveling to the United States, but missing their connecting flight in Frankfurt because of fog. With a day's delay, they tried to move the trip through Disma one day, but instead of moving all the accommodation tickets one day, we found out today that Disma has canceled everything. Consequence: a father-son trip starts with a day delay, no hotels and a lot of trouble. In addition, my mother is not helped because Disma only wants to do business with my father. Which due to flight and time difference of course hardly been accessible in the last 24 hours ... That must be possible! Hopefully the errors will be properly restored. UPDATE: With a bit of effort, another employee helped my mother and the most urgent issues were solved without extra costs. An asterisk!
