Unfortunately unprofessional, I went to day to the store but was no one insdie .. needed to wait more than 5 min until some one came. He gave me a visit card to call if i need information!!!!! Why he is there if he can't help! Not normal The place not organized inside. Dark.. and dirty... I was hoping to have look and choose a sauna .. Sorry but I can't trust By the way its hard to find it on Google map. Its very hidden.. I needed to ask peope to find the store .. shame:(

Unprofessional, lady who walked there could not tell much ... only about 2 types of wood ... we would be called .. by someone with knowledge .. several weeks further still nothing. Never mind ... little confidence in ....

Very professional organization. They know a lot about saunas and can advise you well. We have purchased an infrared sauna and have studied in advance which lamps are and are not healthy for you. Michiel van Cerdic has further advised us in this and supported by scientific research what you can choose best. Cerdic has built a beautiful custom sauna. This gives a much more luxurious appearance than the standard saunas that you encounter a lot. The price / quality was great. I would definitely recommend talking to Cerdic at least so that you can immediately experience the difference
