Ik heb 3weken geleden hier een Peugeot 208 gekocht. Joost ,de eigenaar, is een zeer vriendelijke jongen. Echter voel ik me in de steek gelaten. De auto maakte rare geluiden en ik kwam erachter dat de wiellager kapot was. Binnen 1 week kosten van bijna €300! Helaas hoor ik nu van alles rammelen onder de motorkap wat ik erg jammer vind. Ik heb Joost gemaild en gevraagd om een kleine tegemoetkoming maar helaas heeft hij daar niet eens op gereageerd. Erg jammer. Op de site staat dat ze je altijd willen helpen en dat je zorgeloos moet kunnen rijden.😞

At the end of 2018 a very nice car bought through car company De Hazelaar. However, various options did not appear that were on the option list (eg seat heating, DAB + receiver, smaller rims). The lack of seat heating we saw before the purchase and we finally accepted. We then immediately asked whether the other options were on which we received an affirmative answer. So, after delivery, several other options were not included. We still assume, however, that he was in good faith, but at the same time think that he has at least a moral obligation for compensation. Of course we also asked him for compensation, but then got the answer that we had a nice deal and that he would not offer any compensation. We do not think that's good at best. A gesture in the right direction had already been something as far as we were concerned. In this way, however, you close the door for someone's nose !!
