This was the worst experience I have ever had. They have sold me a faulty ABS unit 2 days ago, I have contacted them and I was told that they don't take returns of faulty goods and that this was stated in their T&C's. You would think the parts were tested prior to be sold hence such strict policy, but it turns out that the parts are not tested and are sold and if you are lucky you are lucky, if not, you have lost your money as Roger (the person who took car of my order) will simply reply : TOUGH, no returns accepted as stated on our invoice. I find this a very unfair and fraudelent way of doing my business. I am contacting the consumer department and as well onderdelenlijn.nl as I want to open an official complaint and I want to make sure that everyone knows the way this company runs their business. My advise : STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !

Top service. They help you directly and also think along with you. They handle the customers and handle questions well and leave you with a satisfied feeling.

You buy a car less than a year old that, apart from the current damage, was previously damaged, not repaired correctly, damaged again and sold with hidden defects (cracked gearbox and a few other things). No response to email, in a telephone conversation they deny everything and immediately say that they will not answer the email. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM !!!
