I understand that it is a busy time, but if you are on the call list you will receive anonymous calls (no option to call back) + The phone will only ring for 2-3 seconds so you have to be on your phone all day long get someone on the phone ... Too bad.

Have to wait almost an hour on a Monday afternoon for my turn. With 2 simple haircuts for me and 3 hairdressers present. The regular hairdressers turned out to have an outing. Really very customer unfriendly. This was the last time I come there.
