Pretty nice stuff, but upon entering it was immediately noticed that it was very dirty. Stairs very dirty. All mirrors dirty. This already gives a negative feeling before you go shopping.

Beautiful place, where you can look around before you are approached, then you will be expertly helped to a new bathroom!, If you want a new bathroom ..., an absolute must!

We recently purchased several items and were very satisfied with the service that the sales associate gave us. He helped us well and dealt with all our questions nicely.

I have never posted a negative review. Now I found it necessary. Other reviews show that there is at least one sales employee speaking to customers very disinterested or even with a contemptuous attitude. We probably also encountered this when we visited the store. Observed with growing surprise how this gentleman behaved towards my partner. We are not people who will snarl back if we are spoken to rudely. We do not experience that much in stores. Regarding the bathroom radiator, this gentleman came to the conclusion that we could also have the current radiator coated. We made it known that this was a good tip. It certainly was. But mainly because we also decided to leave the store in a polite manner and not to buy the other items (shower enclosure, cabinets, taps and accessories) from this store. I see in other reviews that the owner always makes neat apologies for such experiences. I advise her to tackle the problem at the source. After all, in addition to a good reputation, you also lose turnover.
