My grandmother, aunt and mother wanted to go to a show last year. They called in advance and asked about accessibility, because my grandmother can only move around with the help of a walker. the magical theater her response was that there would be an elevator, and it would be easily accessible to come with the walker. Well, nothing could be further from the truth. My family had to struggle with my grandmother up several flights of stairs to get to the location because there appeared to be no lift ??? They did not succeed, and eventually had to start the journey back home. They simply could not see the performance, because the person on the phone simply gave incorrect information. This certainly could have been different! And a non-accessible theater? Scandalous. Edith Piaf was the performance.
