Vista College

Nice school

By now I have been dealing with Vista (formerly Arcus) as a student for ~ 3 years, and in all that time I have heard few people say anything positive about the courses. "Teachers are running out of class." "Teachers leave you to your own devices" "If teachers don't know the answer to a question, they direct you to use Google and look up the answer yourself." "Bad explanation about internship, POK late, etc." The list will go on and on ... The fact that the negative reviews are very recognizable says a lot. I understand that every school has strengths and weaknesses, but the primary goal is education, and I can say that (especially) the teachers drop stitches there. When you start an education, you are supposed to complete it, receive your diploma, and then move on to your generic life. That's the plan for most people. After a training, people look further for further training, or they go to work. Vista has always given me the strong impression that it's not about the students, but more about letting students walk out the door with their diplomas, so that they get a successful feeling (and money) again. You almost feel sorry for the teachers who do their best, it is also understandable that it is not always easy, so this is not a reproach for the entire Vista College, but more a summary of years of frustration. Apart from the mediocre deliveries of Vista, there can also be a lot of disadvantage about the education system as a whole. Why is the distribution of compulsory class hours so irregular? Why are there 3-year courses that you have to do in 2 years? Why are there 2-year courses that you have to do in 3 years? Why are there 30 weekly classes in the first year and 10 in the third? There is little to speak of balance in this system, and how much fun '' being free from school '' is, we must not forget that the intention is to achieve certain ambitions by getting a diploma and having learned here, it is so a summary of wrong decision, bad policy and generally, very poor teachers.

Teachers are uninterested in class. lessons are canceled far too often. And when these do not fail, almost nothing is learned. Communication between teachers is also barely available. Definitely not recommended

A bad school organization This school is not prepared to help students from different backgrounds find an internship. In addition, the teachers do not like it when you email them because then you come across as pushy. I would not recommend others to study here.
