Many possibilities
Rented tree stump grinder and did not work properly. The machine was warming up so that it always went out. After reporting the problem, it appeared that the landlord knew about this. Very unfriendly and unprofessional response after reporting the complaint.
Previous times everything was to your liking.

Normally I would not choose this, but this company does not deserve to work with customers.
For our wedding we rented a toilet trolley from Berns Verhuur BV. This car unfortunately did not function properly. We initially sent an e-mail about this before our holiday to make the defects known. Then we receive a very unprofessional email return via another person. We then contacted ourselves to start a conversation with Mr. Berns. This took place last Friday. This conversation got completely out of hand when Mr. Berns realized that we were in our right, he walked away, we did not get our deposit back and ended the conversation with the words "Fuck it". We have never experienced this and we find it outrageous for words.
In short people. Do not rent anything here ... .... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For the second time severely disappointed. They seem to be the cheapest, but you get caught under the line. 2 x equipment rented but some form of thinking is not possible. If you rent the wrong equipment (and return fairly quickly) you can still pay the full daily rate. If you have something over time (after a full week's rent) you can pay an exorbitant daily rate extra on your weekly rate. Pay attention! May really be worked on hospitality and customer focus.
