Poor quality, lost a lot of money and still no insulated roof. Very nice and knowledgeable staff also want to help you well. Several companies were approached for the supply of Actis insulation material. After that, we started to work with Geurts van Bergen. During the work, the quality of the supplied material turned out to be very poor, had little insulation value, while this should be a very expensive and innovative product from France. There were holes everywhere in the insulation that you could see right through. Roofers sent home, roof is open and new material ordered. Geurts van Bergen has consulted with the French supplier to no avail. Geurts van Bergen indicates that the quality is very poor, only their supplier does not respond, so they are not willing to accommodate me in any way. Conclusion: very expensive material ordered, 270 euros per roll, had a lot of extra personnel costs, currently very poorly insulated roof, no compensation at all from van Bergen.
