April 20, 2020 placed an order and paid. Now 5 May still no order received. I have not had any reports of delay from Caresse. I don't hear or see anything anymore. I sent an email and called 0 responses. Very, but very bad.

The shipping of my ordered socks took longer than expected, and a mistake was made (wrong size). However, this error is quickly restored by the immediate shipping of the right socks. The (e-mail) communication with the employees was very good (important plus), and the product also very high quality. I am satisfied.

Ordered something on July 5, still not received on September 4, no or hardly any response to emails, no contact by phone. Very bad service. I want my money back! Never order anything here again.
