Yesterday witnessed that a driver from Munckhof at RijnState hospital in Arnhem barked off a customer who was lying in a wheelchair bed about the payment while there was an account number on her seat about payment on account. At half past one lady was waiting and at 4 pm she was still there !!!! Because they refused because she had to pay in cash while this had to be on account !!! You really have to do something about this foolishness otherwise these drivers get out of here !! Or find another transporter .... that is not how you deal with people in need of help who depend on this form of transport home !!!
