Joanknecht approached to resolve a dispute in a VOF. We were put at the table with 2 advisers at 350 euros per hour, which means that the file is expected to have sufficient weight to prepare it carefully. Later it turns out that the gentlemen had not done their homework properly and a commitment between a lawyer and internal employee had not been properly investigated. It was reported to us neatly one week after the first talks, but as a result we decided to withdraw our order to Joanknecht due to a conflict of interest. Despite careless research of their own, they send a few spicy notes for thousands of euros for the unnecessary work done afterwards. Not recommended.
