Fine, only the additional costs for a 13-pin plug were not communicated, so 70 euros extra that were not expected

I am completely dissatisfied, these people do not know what guarantee means. You'll never see me here again. They are stiff and have their own opinion and there is no talking about it. They are always right, but that doesn't work for me. These people do not engage in customer loyalty here. That one star myself is still too much, but I couldn't place without that star. Just a supplement based on your response. When I brought my car to you for the towbar, there was also LED technology for the car, my car supports that. You put in a module that doesn't support this, isn't that your fault? Then the following your engineer refused to put the test case on LED so he could see the problem. His argument, that doesn't work. Hanging the test case on it is all you have done and I have to pay 51 euros for it. I find all very strange.
