Rules policy, without negotiation. This 'social' housing foundation is anything but social. If you rent a house, you take over the beautiful floor from the previous occupant, the housing foundation will demolish it because there is asbestos in the floor and the floor cannot be put back. Nicely indicated on time, thank you very much for the money thrown away. If there is a question about home exchange with my sister, because he would prefer to live smaller in my apartment, and I can use the space for my hobbies, from her house in between, then the rent should suddenly increase by 120 euros, above the rent limit . It is therefore also not possible, after we have worked several times in consultation with the housing association in the last six months. No, it was 'a fault of the housing foundation that my sister has the current rent' and is therefore lucky. Wow what luck ... Everyone would be helped with the exchange if the rent would only go up by a few tens instead of 120 euros. I am happy, my sister is happy, and the housing foundation still catches (higher) rent from both. Now we can only be ALWAYS disappointed. Thank you for making good 6 months for 0 options and results. Be immediately clear. With the one hundred thousand times sorry and sincere apologies, I can do nothing else.

Wonen Limburg has literally left us in the sewerage water. Reported a serious blockage at the drain in the kitchen. Was not urgent enough according to the subcontractor. Still indicated by telephone that it is urgent. Had to wait 2 days and maybe if the mechanic had time and desire he might come the next day. So we could not use the kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer for 2 days because they are on the same central drain. And this with 3 growing kids aged 2, 4 and 6 years. I have often been there for Wonen-Limburg as a bridge builder and advisor, but never again. Contributed to ideas and magazines. So in hindsight all hot air.

The service is bad and the deal is worse. Please review the type of service from scratch. An office that deals with the worst treatment, and this is a bad experience with them
