Had a small problem with my delivery but the staff was extremely helpful to fix it. Very happy with my order.
When a part of the dumbbells I bought broke, Focus Fitness delivered a new part without any complications in less than a week after the form submission. Couldn't have expected a quicker reaction! Thank you :)
Small mistake happened with an order. However very

Tried to call about when my order arrives .. It is very busy says an auto answerer.
So then the connection is broken. If I hate anything ... I'd rather wait half an hour on the line. I just want to speak to someone.
And funny that is on the website "At the moment it is very busy with our customer service. Therefore take longer waiting times into account. We do our best to help you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot answer questions about delivery times. and keep an eye on trace code. "
This text makes no sense. Because 1. there is no 'longer waiting time'. The connection is simply broken. So no, the company is not doing 'best' at all to help you. Rather 'no trouble'.
And 2. it doesn't even include a Track & Trace code, so good luck checking that;)
Sad first (and last) impression of a company.
I got a bad feeling after ordering and reading bad reviews. However, my order was neatly delivered at the agreed time. I ordered a home gym and it was delivered home quickly (despite the crowds)
