Looked for some tiles for a bathroom renovation, explained on the spot that I did not have such a big budget but I think that all interest from the seller has already disappeared, unfriendly approach. When asking for advice the answer was: yes the one finds this beautiful and the other that. Description of seller rude behavior, unkind and giving you as a customer the feeling that you better get out of here. When I asked if other people also had these experiences, I only heard these kinds of stories.

Beautiful tiles, and super laid!
10 years ago very satisfied bought a floor here. Now new home and wanted to ask them again for a new floor. Had requested a quote through their website and received a call from a very unfriendly person. He could not do anything with it and I only had to come over once. I said on the weekend you are close and during the week we do not have time. To which he said "there is always somewhere time".
Unfortunately for him now only a floor of almost 10,000, - bought at a friendly company!
