What a wonderful thing! Receive very clear information about how they work with bridal bouquets. Endless possibilities with fresh flowers every day and affordable!

Flowerzz made a bouquet through Fleurop for which I paid € 65 at my local flower shop. The bouquet made by Flowerzz is of sad quality. Represents by far not a value of € 65, and seems made by an amateur. The recipient brought this to my attention. That it can and must be different is evident from the bouquets made by our local florist. Filed a complaint with him about Flowerzz. He also thought the bouquet was below par and had contacted Flowerzz about this. At first they were willing to send a flower at Flowerzz. I have indicated - via our local florist - that when the complaint is taken seriously, a new bouquet of € 65 must be delivered or else the money must be returned to us. Apparently this went wrong because after that Flowerzz was no longer willing to do anything. Where you can trust that your order will be properly executed, you will simply be ripped off. Not to mention the mud figure you hit as a giver .... Will also inform Fleurop about this incident.
