I am not normally a complain sir but at this company it has to be ... Brought an expensive Moncler jacket (700 euros) for cleaning 3 weeks ago, when I picked it up I was shocked that the leather logo on the jacket was half gone and the stitching came loose! After 3 weeks of contact I was told that they had contact with Moncler but that a logo could no longer be arranged. I was told by the owner that they couldn't do anything else and that I had to find a fake logo on the marketplace to sew it on! Shame on this company that they handle an expensive coat so carefree, if you appreciate your garments, don't go here! My jacket is no longer worn, thanks!

Have the jacket cleaned. It had a big stain. Has become nice and clean. Nothing more to see. Thanks.
