Expensive and poor quality hay unfortunately was promised differently. Horses leave out a lot.

1st time helped by a knowledgeable boy and received good long hay for the horses, 2nd time helped by boy of 15 years and received very short hay. After a phone call about this I was told by the older brother that he would never have advised this hay. Unfortunately he didn't say anything about this at the case, walked around and saw that we were getting this "wrong" hay. Very unfortunate, no more confidence, certainly not with such a young service.
