As a private individual you can order at B2B conditions. in those conditions there is nothing about private individuals, but it is about small businesses. If they deliver to private individuals, they must use B2C conditions. If you point that out, they become very unfriendly and say you have agreed to the terms. These conditions state that with a return shipment, at your own expense, 33% of the total sum will be deducted as administration and processing costs. they would also repay within 4 weeks. Those 4 weeks have become 6 weeks and that 33% has become almost 50%. The prices were suddenly lower and there was no refund on the shipping costs. in short, you pay 2x shipping costs for something that you no longer have and then they also mean more money. In short. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. That way I can also get rich.

What a bad company !! Customer service nothing and do not even get my entire purchase price back! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 This way I can also start a company not to return money 😡😡😠

Very customer unfriendly, the only thing that is central to this company is they themselves. Too bad I still have to give 1 star because that is already too much.
