Vaatstra has completed the complete installation of our new, gas-free house to full satisfaction (pipes, drains, water softener, plumbing and heating). I received good advice in advance from the heat pump in particular, but also thought about the sockets, switch points, etc. to be placed. The company employs friendly and, above all, neat specialized technicians. In short: a must!

It takes months to get a correct split of an invoice and it is still unclear whether we are not paying too much, the employee finds everything difficult and does not meet agreements repeatedly.

Despite maintenance contract cv decided this company afterwards that I had to pay all hours in a fault report because I had changed my installation and according to them the cause of the malfunction. Asked for explanation and explanation, they did not give home. did not make it clear to me what so-called change to my installation would have led to the malfunction. Proposal for settlement etc. rejected without any explanation. At the time of the repair, I was not told that the costs would be fully recovered from me, according to the company, the fitters that they sent did not know this. Poor communication, unilateral non-compliance with the contract and not wanting to find a solution, and this while I have been paying for a flut contract for 10 years. My advice, go to another, honest company.
