Very amateurish .. we have already been called 4 times in 1 morning because something in the system would be wrong. 4 times we neatly explain how things actually work for us and you get the answer "yes, but the system says otherwise". So you are called a liar because they have written something wrong themselves. Such a conversation also takes an average of 10 minutes. Those are 10 minutes we miss from our other tasks such as an online meeting or class. You may notice that the level of the callers is still below that of an average customer service. Wow. And this organization has to help us with something as serious as the Coronavirus. I say: GGD, get rid of it!

My daughter and I have been treated very badly and have not been helped. You are not taken seriously, put through to a civil servant at the town hall, long waiting times, passing on to others and that's how we have been for three days!

I have received NO HELP from the visiting teacher! Its quits my 4.5 year old child got a child psychologist. My child is punishable. That is why she thinks she can call the house cards and talk and the child does not need a psyhoolog or house help! They always act manipulativ like -he must come to my Home. .. Funny woman! -She has good contact from the neighborhood and makes me more of a problem! Sick mentally.
