Helpful staff, pretty good collection of spirits. The cooking booz(marsala, etc.)is located by the register.

Today I went to the liquor store at the Vismarkt for a Sinterklaas present. At checkout, I asked if my purchase could be packed; the employee said very kindly that this was possible and went to work. When I stepped aside to wait for my package to be ready, a number of customers were still waiting. Another employee was standing at the door, arranging the entry and exit. To my great surprise, he shouted loudly through the store to his employee that it was the last package that was packed today, because there were too many people waiting outside according to him (3 people). The employee responded with a little surprise because it was after all tonight's parcel evening. Later, the employee at the door called out loud and clear twice more, in an annoying way, through the store that he was not allowed to do it anymore! Personally, I did not think this was chic towards the customers but also towards the employee himself because he was very customer-friendly. When I left the store, the employee at the door said aloud to me that I had just been "lucky" and was the last person to wrap the gift. Which made me uncomfortable, because I got the feeling that I was holding everyone up. All in all not chic and personally I thought it was very sad for the employee how he was put to death.
