Receptionist Dimence Pikeursbaan is in no way open to think along with me about how I can get in touch with a professional who has knowledge of the skills training that Dimence offers. Unfortunately, this makes it difficult for me as a care provider to get in touch with a Dimence colleague. I think that a GGZ institution benefits from a receptionist who is open to listen and / or think along, even if she herself does not know the answer immediately.
