Neat people and, as advertised, no hassle with evicting, sealing holes, removing curtain rails, etc. etc. The housing association thought the completion was more than fine.

I am usually not into giving reviews, but I am so happy with what HMS estate clearance has done for me that I make an exception for this company. Due to the death of an old aunt I had to vacate a house in the center of Maastricht in the short term and deliver it empty and clean. Due to the accessibility in the busy shopping street, the house was only accessible after 6 pm. No company wanted to do this without a substantial price surcharge. After a tip from the real estate agent I came in contact with HMS home clearance. This was no problem for them to do this in the evening for a fair price. From my experience I can recommend HMS home evacuation to anyone who must have cleaned and emptied a home!

Called for temporary storage of furniture. Helped quickly and very friendly. Furniture was later, just as easily, placed elsewhere by the firm.
