The doctors are fine, little to say about that.
The assistants you get on the phone, on the other hand ....
I would get a referral. 2 weeks nothing. Apparently this is my own fault (doctor forgot but I should have called after it sooner). The way in which Ms says this is downright denigrating. Then, with a lot of pain for a long time now, I would like to hear how and what else. I should call back again on Monday. Indicated that I cannot sleep, work and study: Too bad, just call on Monday.
In addition, there is still a nicely acclaimed "patient environment" online where you could exchange short messages. Nice try, but you probably won't get a response anyway.
Conclusion: When you are in a lot of pain, it is better to call the emergency number, they may then take you seriously. And oh yes, if they forget something it is probably your fault. If only you should have called earlier (because then they help you so well ..).

* Assistants are never friendly and always resist when you indicate that your problems have been serious for a while.
* is made very difficult about referrals, people think more about temporary solutions and these are usually medicines that are a solution for a short time.
I would not recommend anyone to get treated here!
I'm a client, still. The way you are addressed by customer service, because the ladies behave like that, as if you were calling a telecom provider, made me decide to choose a different doctor. No empathy whatsoever and the practice is rather a factory, it is too large-scale. They really never have time. Bye damzicht!
If I could give 0 stars I would have done that, every time bullshit with this practice. They don't take you seriously. They make too many mistakes and when these mistakes are made they do not want to accept it and shift it to someone else.
Some examples:
- Around February this year I was very ill, corona was already present in the Netherlands. I have never been so sick, had many symptoms and I was told: You have not been on holiday in Italy or China, we cannot do anything for you, you will not be tested. NOTHING. In other words, I could figure it out myself.
- A few months ago my husband and I went to the doctor. He has been "referred" to the neurologist. We were allowed to wait for a phone call. Since it is corona time, we thought 'It will take longer because they are busy'. So we waited MONTHS and finally called the neurologist. Guess? Only half of the referral was sent, the hospital reported this to the doctor to receive the rest and they gave a MONTH to do this, but not sent it anyway. Which made them cancel the referral. In the meantime, we will of course never be notified because who are who? Right? Eventually I contacted the doctor again, who tells us that a colleague has made a mistake.
Making mistakes is human, of course. But don't go after it while the complaints are quite serious ??? We are told that referring again will take months again due to the long waiting time, well TOP! If there is really something wrong, you are responsible!
- Finally, today .. I have had contact with the doctor by e-mail on July 17, she has told me that she has prescribed something for me and I can pick it up at the pharmacy. I finally stopped by today. Apparently nothing has ever been prescribed. Well that is possible, maybe forgotten? .. I walk to the doctor who is one floor above. it is 13:10, on the door it says that they are 13:15 again. Entirely right. I am told that I can wait until 1:30 PM because of their break. Madam shrugs, meaning to say: "Find out."
I COME IN MY BREAK FROM MY WORK TO REGULATE THINGS THAT MUST BE TAKEN BY THE DOCTOR. I don't have time for this, not anyone. I make time to pick it up, I have bullshit again. Another mistake was made by the doctor, but of course it is my problem again?
Once a problem, okay .. Twice, quite annoying. At the third time it is just really not acceptable anymore.
Completely done.
You notice that the GPs think along with you and the transfer is neatly arranged. Never before experienced such GPs involved. My compliments!
