I went to this Mercedes dealer for maintenance and MOT. They could not inspect my V-Class because I did not have my approval document with me. I had already paid for them for maintenance and MOT and could come by the same day or the next day to show the approval document, so that they could deregister the car at RDW. I was told that this would be an administrative work and the car had already been checked on all inspection points and everything was in order. In the meantime I went home by car alone to pick up this document, which could also be seen in the kilometers. When I came by the next day to handle the inspection, I was told that the car had to be viewed again. They did this for 3 hours. After 3 hours, the employee came to report that the car had a rejection point, namely a cut of 4-5 mm in the rear tire. The judge was said to have sat in it with a screwdriver and decided it was too deep a cut. I was advised to go to a local garage to change the tires and have MOT inspected elsewhere. I do not understand at all that a Mercedes dealer can refer me to a local garage. I also had to pay for MOT again, which I did not do. I indicated that this is a re-inspection and that yesterday everything was in order and today the document would only be looked at administratively. I suddenly got my key back and was able to leave without an inspection. The day before I did not receive an inspection report, which should state the rejection point. Also a day later I did not receive this document. Then I went back inside to get the inspection report, which is self-evident even at a 'local garage' that this is issued. They were then busy printing the inspection report for half an hour and I had to hand over my key again. Apparently they have not reported my car to RDW on both days. As a result, they could not immediately issue an inspection report. Eventually I got the inspection report. According to the report, this is a rejected 're-inspection' and I no longer have the right to have my car inspected (unless I would pay for it the third time). On the way back I filed a complaint by telephone. After a few hours I was called back and I was told that I could go back to the dealer to have my car 're-inspected' for free, while according to the inspection report they issued 're-inspection' has already taken place. When I mentioned this, they themselves indicated that this is not correct and that only 1st inspection took place and no re-inspection. It was also said that they do not have the tape in stock and therefore a re-inspection cannot take place on location. For this I had to change my tire elsewhere and then go to the dealer for a re-inspection the 3rd time. Since the last day of the MOT, I moved my car to another garage. The complaints handler has himself admitted that no re-inspection has taken place. So the inspection report that has been issued is not correct and, in my opinion, is against the RDW guideline, thus being drawn up incorrectly. The dealer was also not allowed to start an inspection without the approval document according to the guidelines of RDW. Yet they did this and settled their own mistake on me. I have contacted MERCEDS BENZ NETHERLANDS and they have literally used the word 'salesmen'. They will investigate this incident further. THESE RIPPERS ARE NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR! It is a pity that Mercedes Netherlands works with such salesmen. I will also report to the RDW. Avoid this dealer to avoid additional costs and waste of time.

In addition to the standard maintenance schedule, you do not have to expect much for your passenger car at this location. For a small activity (replacing the air inlet / filter housing) you will be referred to another location where they do have time for passenger cars. Nice and handy because Ittervoort is of course around the corner (40+ km). If you do not have the staff and time for passenger cars, do not start it. Too bad this.
