Super bad. Simple repair of a watch's closure lasted 13 instead of 3 weeks. Broken within a year but no guarantee. In addition, I came to the store twice for free. 1x time because the repair afterwards proved to be unsuccessful. No communication at all. No excuses. A misplaced arrogant attitude and no one who takes responsibility. Sluggish customer service with a civil servant's mentality, who also does not give home. Stay away!
