Very good service. Perfect
Staff is very friendly. I was scammed: I bought an engagement ring, engagement went badly, then I tried to sell the ring and every shop I go (tried a dozen shops for now) told me I was scammed, given the price I paid. I start to believe them.
I was looking for a Tag Heuer watch. The Limited Edition F1 Ayrton Senna 2020. It was nowhere to arrive, not even in London. So I had filled in the contact form at Jeweler Eugene van Baal, hoping for the best. Much to my surprise, a response was quick and an employee called to say he had contacted the Tag Heuer representative. The same afternoon I received a call back with the good news that there was another watch available and that it could most likely be delivered before Christmas. I was amazed when I was called again a day later and they said I could pick up the watch. Wow, what a top service. I had not expected this at all.
You rarely come across this when someone wants to do his best to be able to do something for someone else. So someone is going to be very happy with Christmas because this watch has been on his wish list for a while. Jeweler Eugene van Baal and co-workers, thank you very much.
