In terms of service, I do not have any complains. However, I would like to praise them for the professional attitude dealing with a customer. I went there to change my tires. But few day later I received a letter from RDW that my odometer reading is illogical. Because on the day of the tire change, a kwik-fit employer may have put a wrong input by mistake. I went there to fix this issue and they were polite and helpful. As an expat, I thought I would face difficulty in explaining and dealing with this issue, but they were just helpful and solved the problem for me. Thanks!
