What a wonderful place! We stayed here with my husband and 2 year old son, it was absolutely lovely. The rooms are charming, very stylish decorations everywhere and a wonderful breakfast served to your room! John is an outstanding owner, so kind and thoughtful. Also parking garage that the hotel provides is very convenient. Highly recommend this beautiful place!
Plan was an overnight booking for two women and their babies.
- When arrived nobody offered to help those two women (who had their babies with them) to carry their bags into the apartement. There was just one lady at the desk.
- Next big shock was the bad cleaning quality in the appartement: cobwebs hanging, dead insects, ..
Such things do not happen overnight!
They left the hotel after an hour, the trust into cleaning quality was gone. Especially during these pandemic times and especially with babies you'd expect a certain level of cleaning quality.
Wasted money for nothing.
Its beautiful, super clean and comfortable. Staff is very polite and supportive.
Large comfortable room with kitchenette. Friendly and helpful front desk. Conveniently located for city centre and a 10 minute walk from the station.
Small room, tiny bathroom, but the kitchen in the room can help with the cost of eating. Need the owner to show you how to get to the parking lot behind the hotel but okay after that. He also suggested very good places to dine, all of which were within walking distance. Good location for walking around town too.
