Very good company, made an appointment after telephone maintenance due to defective convertible top. Arthur owner / Saab specialist immediately emphasized the problem, 1.5 hours and he is ready. Also replace the vignettes AND the flap of the mirror on the left.! Front license plate holder was broken and has also been replaced. Service / Customer focus / Saab knowledge etc etc very good.! Quality compared to price very good.! The customer is king here. Thnx

had the timing belt replaced via my garage.nl and was allowed to stay with the repair and further helped well until the tensioner rattled with a cold engine, was back at the garage and the owner of the garage was a bit reluctant to my feeling and said the Opel was old with it would become. Of course I did not agree with this and filed a complaint with my garage.nl and then called Arthur that this is a guarantee story and he was not at all difficult. Car brought and left to cool down and then they dismantled hoods and listened again for rattling but heard nothing according to them, I called in the afternoon to ask if car was ready but he asked if I wanted to come and listen and I did that and indicated that I meant the rattle I heard, and then Arthur and the engineer heard what I meant. Replaced tensioner and solved problem if it is right (must start it with a cold engine tomorrow morning). I just had to call myself to ask if the car was ready. What I want to say and hope they do something with it is: It is a small garage with a skilled mechanic and a nice owner but would have liked them to have called me to listen to the rattle and to say that the car was ready was, I had to go after it myself and I don't think that's right.
