PAY ATTENTION!!! No more Porza for me! The service itself was fast, only 1 part did not fit. I called about this and unfortunately they could not provide another suitable item for my car. According to the seller, I should therefore have paid the PASS GUARANTEE of € 4.95 during the previous order because then they would have refunded the item 100%. Now, as it turned out after returning, I was only reimbursed part of the costs, so I got € 4.45 less than the purchase price of € 11.91 because they pay the return costs of € 4.45. This while I returned the package to a business reply number. The seller always refers to the general terms and conditions on the website, while this concerns a product that has been returned within 14 days, which means that national legislation applies where you must get the full amount back. I find it very childish to deal with this for such a small amount. So no more Porza for me !!

Part that I needed the next day was out of stock. The owner insisted that I order it here and that it would be delivered the next day. Next day I arrive at closing time and still nothing. So I could look for a store that had it in stock last minute. I advise everyone not to order anything here. Edit: it was the dust cover for the Citroën Saxo at the beginning of December.
