Went this week with my mother. She is very difficult and ecco shoes make her life a little easier. The first day we were there we had a saleswoman who didn't feel like it. In short .. she did not even feel like taking the shoes we wanted to buy from the warehouse .. showing shoes was also difficult. The second day we came back with the purchased shoes .. because the arch supports did not seem to fit well .. Then there was a lady, who did guide us well and also took the trouble to walk through the store with my mother .. shoes did fit because she carefully arranged the case. If that had already been done the first day, we would not have had to travel 30km for nothing .. so a changing experience .. The shoes are great now
